FAQ
How do I restore my Premium purchase?
Open Settings in the app and choose Restore purchases, or tap Restore purchases on the paywall. Use the same Apple or Google account you bought Premium with.
How does the free exam allowance work?
You get 1 free exam per day. You can unlock up to 3 more each day by watching a rewarded ad. The allowance resets at local midnight. Premium has unlimited exams and removes all ads.
I found a mistake in a question or note. How do I report it?
Email g1practicesupport@gavindevelop4.com with the question or card text and what looks wrong, ideally with the page of the official handbook that shows the correct answer. We will review it and correct the content.
Is my progress backed up?
Progress stays on your device. There are no accounts, so deleting the app or switching phones starts you fresh.
